International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Application is organized as a parallel session of the International Academic Exchange Conference on Science and Technology Innovation has been held 4 editions, we are confident that ITCA 2023 will achieve a greater success.

2024 6th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Application (ITCA 2023) is to be held in December 6-8, 2024. Organized jointly by over ten universities and academic societies, this conference takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including New-generation Information Technology, Information Processing, Communication Technology, Basics of Computer Science, Computer Software, and Computer Networks. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world. It also aims to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.

Publication

All accepted full papers will be published as an individual chapter in IAECST 2023 conference proceedings, published by IEEE (979-8-3503-5773-8) and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
